Clockwork Angel by Cassandra Clare (Book Review)
My thoughts whilst reading this book: It all makes sense now!!!.Okay, so I'm going to be honest . My reasons for the reading this book were as follows:
#1. My friends were urging me to pick between Team Wessa and Jessa and the pressure was causing me stress.
#2. I had raced through TMI and I wanted to how Tessa knew Brother Zachariah (although my friends pretty much spoiled that for me before I'd even read Heavenly Fire).
#3. This series has been on my must-read list for much too long.
I started the book off surprised; I'd had no idea that Tessa was the main character in this series. In fact I'd thought that she played a minor role, and potentially only first appeared towards the middle of this book. Nonetheless I liked that Cassandra Clare stuck with the idea of having a female lead.
I have to say, Will kind of made me swoon a little. Okay, a lot. The description of him in this novel made him sound extremely attractive, not to mention the actors that people have rooted for to play him in the (potential) movie adaptation.
And Jem...oh Jem. He's more sensitive than Will will (haha, aren't I smart) ever be, however maybe he's a little too nice guy (?). His parabatai bonds *cough* bromance *cough* with Will add a different kind of relationship aspect to this book, which I really appreciated.
Overall, I gave the book four stars, simply because it lacked a real WOW factor for me. It was still a great book, and I'm definitely going to be reading Clockwork Prince ASAP.

P.S: Team Wessa, not Jessa.
