My Fall Music Playlist 2014! (Featuring Maroon 5, Taylor Swift, Echosmith and more)

Hello there,

I'm back! With another Fall Music Playlist! Ironically enough, I've only ever made one other playlist post, and that was (also) a Fall Music Playlist. I can't help it...I just love Fall. I'm going to make this post quite short and sweet, as it's quite late and I'm extremely tired right now...

1. Cool Kids by Echosmith
Okay, so I'm not even going to lie about, I first heard about this song after watching one of Bethany
(Mota's) favourites videos (earlier this year I believe). I didn't like it all that much at first, but as I listened to it more and more often, I kind of developed this love for the song. It has such a unique sound and vibe, and Echosmith are definitely a notable up and coming band.

2. Don't by Ed Sheeran
Again, a great song will a really special and unique sound to it. Has Ed Sheeran ever released a song that wasn't amazing? For some reason I always find myself start to dance when I play this song and it instantly calms me down. It's been on replay on iPod for the past couple of weeks and it's one of my favourites right now.

3. Dog Days Are Over by Florence + The Machine
This song is my jam. Okay fine, one of my jams. I've loved it for years now, and I definitely think it deserves an honourable mention. I love how happy this song makes, and like Don't, I always find myself dancing around to this song (or singing at the top of my lungs. Either one is suitable).

4. Scarecrow by Alex and Sierra
I was absolutely in love with Alex and Sierra on The X-Factor a year/ two years (?) ago, and the release of this song rekindled my love for them instantly. This song perfectly embodies Fall and trust me, I must have hit replay at least 100 times.

5. Shake It Off by Taylor Swift
No playlist is complete without some Taylor Swift. I've never been a Taylor super-fan (I've always really liked her music but have never been to any of her concerts or anything), but this song is my absolute favourite song right now. Regardless of where I am, when this song comes, I cannot resist the urge to scream out the lyrics. Not to mention, Taylor seems like the nicest person and has suck a fun personality. P.S: Taylor's album 1989 comes out tomorrow, so be sure to check it out if you're interested.

6. Habits (Stay High) by Tove Lo
I've only know of this song's existence for the past week or so and I love it so much. Although the lyrics are somewhat controversial, the girl can sing and again, this song has a great vibe to it.

7. Animals by Maroon 5
Although the video for this song kind of really creeps me out, Adam's voice (as usua)l is perfect and I
never get tired of listening to Maroon 5. This song is a lot darker than Maps, but I still really love the vocals/lyrics/beat of this song.

8. Steal My Girl by One Direction
This summer I actually got the chance to see the boys in concert, and I honestly gained a new respect for them. Although at least 50% of the reason I was going was to see 5SOS, who opened for them and killed it (by the way), One Direction were suprising good and charismatic and put on an amazing show and performance. This song has a really different sound from their previous hits, like "What Makes You Beautiful" and "One Thing" and it seems to play up their talents.

9. Happy Little Pill by Troye Sivan
I'm so proud of Troye for this song. With almost 8 million views to date, Troye's song has been on fire and I couldn't be happier for him. He's super talented and funny and you haven't already, you should go check out his channel.

Other notable mentions:
The Entire 5SOS Album. I'm obsessed with 5SOS (seriously) so I couldn't pick any one song of theirs to add to my playlist, so instead I just picked none. Go ahead and pick up the album (you'll love it), if there are still any copies even left :)

I created a playlist for you guys on my Youtube, and you can click here to listen to it.

Alright, well that's for today. I'll be back tomorrow with a review on the book Fangirl by Rainbow Rowell, so be sure to check back :)

Byeeee,
Sarah
